Debra, good that you know what they are! Mine are usually very distinctive, I think I was more disappointed b/c my backyard has been taken over by mass amounts of seedlings due to an ..obsessive month or 2 on LA last year ..so I was trying to trade daylilies that I have similar ones.. and dont' think "I have a great..plant that MIGHT be pink..will interest many ppl.LOL" My mom and dad are visiting me and they're GREAT gardeners, so I was hoping to have tiny yard looking vibrant and artsy and just generally cleaned up b.f they get here.. and it's not going to happen. Maybe they'll feel sorry for me, their organizationally incompetent daughter and help. :)

Candy, you just keep amazing me....and impressing me....and if I didn't love you Girlfriend, I'd have to hate you. No one should have THAT much talent. LOL. You always come up with the neatest ideas and decorations. There is nothing I can add about the headboard sign that the others haven't already said. I will put it in our Halloween inspiration album for sure. Your little witch girl picture is darling. Kimberly, if you're checking back here....I'm going to post two links for Christmas ideas soon. I finally got this thread to load and it has left me absolutely floored! Everyone is SO talented! MrsMarv and Whitdobe, I'm thinking about making a couple of ottoman. Dealing with the bunching of fabric at the corners scares me a little so two might be getting some questions! Great projects! Cloe, love the shades. They turned out really well. AJ's, talk about whipping out the projects! I really need to get after things and cross stuff off my list. Your pictures are very inspiring. Iggy- that photo of the three bolts against the wall is beautiful. Your house looks wonderful even empty. Aktillery, I would hang that in my house in an instant! Do you do all of your art? ---- LOL, I just noticed. Is this happening on everyone else's monitor? Above each post, the title of the thread isn't quite how I intended! :OD

Have not posted here in a long time, but wanted to say I make cement crosses that I then embellish with stained glass and I put a piece of 1/2" PVC in the center when I pour my mold. I print a small instruction sheet to give to the recipient. I tell them to FIRST put the rebar, that I supply for them, in the ground and then slip the cross on the rebar. It's amazing how many people look at me when I hand them a piece of rebar, They don't know what to do with it!!!!! And I figure will surely forget what I told them by the time they get it home. Each cross has a different lenghth of PVC, depending on the figurine I have used in the center, so I put the rebar in the cross and mark the depth with a piece of tape. I then spray paint the area that is to be left above ground for the cross to fit over and instruct them to put unpainted end in the ground. Copy of my instructions: When ready to display your cement yard cross, first push unpainted end of rod into the ground till it reaches the painted area. Leave the painted end above ground level. Now simply place your cross on the rod thru the opening in the bottom. Do Not place the rod in the cross and then push into the ground. Hope you enjoy your cross!

They are real cute. Really like the bell with the burgandy bow but they are all very nice. Are you keeping them or are they give aways? The fabrics are great. TFS Jayne

They hang on the wall or door,,,whe ever you want them. The pretty ones are gifts,the more whimsical ones are Natalies..

Cute! I like blue too, as my grandmother always decorated with all blue lights. The jingle bells are a nice touch. I want to see more jingle bells at Christmas! When I was little, we tied them into our shoe strings and drove our mother crazy tapping around the house. :) You could put five in a row hanging off the bottom, off to one side, and they would be like the clanger of the bell.

Oh I forgot ~ I'm new here ~ I live in Michigan and have been quilting for a while now ~ but always easy things.

I dont have the whole pattern any more..its from an out of print Eleanor Burns book,and was three bells fastened together into a door hanging. I l;oaned out the book and never got it back,so all I have is the bell on a piece of brown paper..LOL!
