. . it's made out of distressed wood panels. Was thinking of maybe putting this upstairs in the loft instead where the wall is more spacious, and taking down the pics of my nephews and putting them in another room and putting this instead above couch downstairs (scroll down one more to view other wall art pic).

I do think it's too big, especially with the size of the fireplace on the other wall.

I like it, it's dramatic, but if you could, I would remove the top and bottom slat.

Is the sofa against the wall? Can it not be? If so I would lower the art so it is not so close to the ceiling. Maybe bring it down a foot or so.

It does look too big for that spot and because the wall art and the sofa are close to the same color, the "bigness" is too much. I think it would look great in the other room. I do like it a lot. That chair and a half certainly looks inviting.

I didn't see the car and trees picture before; I really like it. I'm not very good at visualizing size, is its height less than the other one? I like the width of the wood panels with your sofa though.
