I'd add a bunch of compost; it'll fill in the low spots, add valuable nutrients to the soil, & condition that clay so it's easier to work. You also might post on the Lawn Care forum, also on Organic Gardening & on Soil Compost & Mulsh.

I went with the Jersey Knight Hybrid, because you can harvest a little the second year. When they go to fern they will be 2-4 feet high, so make sure that they won't shade your other plants. 12-18 inch spacing is recommended. Toss in some triple phosphate when you plant. I have the ASPIRE ONE 722- BZ454 net book...I do not see on the back of my net book any numbers like you had mentioned AOA110 or the other...so what does this mean? I have an updated net book? My battery is fine so far, but just wanted to check in the event this may happen to mine in the future. BTW, I used just once the internal camera...when I first bought this unit, and now I don't know how to initiate it. No manual or anything.

Looks like it's going to be very homey! I feel a little bad when I think of the condition our house has been in while our kids were growing up. Now that our daughter is a senior in HS, we're finally getting to the kitchen. When she comes home from college it'll be to a nicer house than she ever lived in. But spending time with them was always the priority, so a lot of good family memories were in the spare, unfinished house! A little OT, but something about your pictures brought up that bittersweet thought.
