Does anyone supplement their income by doing At home typing

Life circumstances have changed and I need to supplement my income. I work days so would be interested in work that can be done at home. I have been trying to investigate at home typing over the internet, but hard to tell what is a scam or not. I would be interested in others experiences.

Lots of scam off the inter net and if you go to Consumer's Guide about this, they will tell you you probably will not make any money. If you write for infomation, a letter will be sent back to you, about contacting your local business people for this project or contact the kids at a college. Whatever you do , DO NOT send any money or give the person any information about credit cards, phone numbers and/or email addresses unless it is a hotmail or yahoo.

Thanks Mariend, I did know not to send money or other personal information. However, a friend of a friend mentioned she does surveys. I investigated the FREE sites and saw nothing that interested me and all surveys seemed long and boring! I am a transcriber of years. Have heard that sometime positions are posted on hospital sites, think I will try that route for a while.

A good many commercial potting soils are soilless mixes that contain minimal plant nutrients, so supplemental fertilizing is a must, specially for annuals and vegetables. Also the frequent watering most container plantings require will continue to leach out any nutrients that must be replaced if the plants are to thrive under what are essentially cramped, nutrient-poor conditions. The addition of a slow release fertilizer at planting time (like Osmocote) will help but even with this type of product, a water soluble fertilizer applied periodically during the growing season will be of benefit. What you use is up to you - Miracle Gro in any of its permutations, Schultz, Peters, fish emulsion or some other organic liquid fert - it will all achieve the same purpose.

Is there such a service offered in the U.S.? Yes, many of them in virtually every city and town. Often college and university students assist with simple returns at free tax clinics. Also church groups, drop in centers, shelters, etc. enlist volunteers to donate their time and expertise. TV stations and newspapers run Public Service Ads advising people within certain income confines where to go for free help.

A couple of thoughts: - the bank probably is not counting that third rental income because you don't have it. Renting is speculative. I don't know what the rental market is like on LI anymore, but around here it is not uncommon to see "For rent" signs on apartment buildings for months on end. There also are the expenses incurred as a landlord -- it's not all an income stream and that's why the bank discounts the income. - another bank (a smaller, hungrier one) or even a credit union (if you can belong to one) might be a better bet for your business. - a bridge loan might work for you; it would go on the equity you now have in your properties and carry you until the rental income is a reality.

Well, getting back at little late, but couldn't sleep and saw my old post. I live in Texas and plans vary from state to state. But last year I went with United Amereican's Supplemental plan F on the advice of an insurance agent. It paid well, but the monthly premium was high and it went up quite a bit for 2009. I like the Supplement Plans because they seem, for me anyway, to pay the most. However, it was pricey so I did some research for 2009 and there are quite a few of them that I could get to look at through Texas Insurance online. My husband was in the military and we had previously had USAA auto insurance which is tops. I checked and it has a AA+ rating, so I we with them at half the price. It's the same coverage that I had before, Supplement Plan F. All Supplements, from company to company cannot vary, except for the price. So do check it out. Also, be sure to check the financial strength of the company you choose by going to AMBest.com. I also like to choose a minimum of an A rated company. If you need any help, let me know. Medicare was not very helpful, neither were some of the local state insurance organizations. I have learned a lot since first becoming eligible for medicare. Thanks and good luck to all. This "scam" has been around for years. You have to send a certain amount of money for instructions or a listof contacts, or some such thing. The only person who makes money off this scheme is the person to whom the money is sent. I once volunteered to address envelopes for a mass mailing for a political party. It is excruciatingly boring typing , you won't go as fast as you think. Don't fall for it. If someone you know does it, then get all the details before you agree to do the same thing. My cousin got a job doing medical bills at home, it led to real work in a doctors office.
