Forgot to mention... another faucet I might like would be the Blanco Linus. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has that one, too.

My Moen Arbor pull-down can have the handle put any way you want. Mine is at 45 degrees, or you can have it straight front. I had the same problem with the backsplash and window sill. It looks like the Level is just a more contemporary style of the same faucet, so it should work for you. If you're wondering about how it is to use, I love mine. It has all the features I wanted - spray hold, a pause button, automatic reseating of the spray head from the Reflex technology. I have a small 8x15 galley kitchen, and I don't find the Arbor too big. But I thought most of the pull-downs were about the same size. The Level is 15 15/32" high and the Trinsic is 15 11/16" high, so not much difference.

I have this faucet and soap dispenser in my kitchen and basement bar. They are now 6 yrs old and I've had to replace both soap dispensers. They were just not very well made. The new ones that match this faucet are a tad bit different in color (a little more shiny, even though it's called Stainless) but look fine, but they are so much better made than the original Moen that I put in. I actually called Moen to make sure I was ordering the right color, to match my 6 yr old faucet. So, I guess I'm saying the new soap dispenser seems to be top quality.

I was hoping someone would know something about this also, but I guess not yet. I think I heard it was coming out about now, or last month, or something, so it is very new. I looked at the video a few months ago and thought it looked good, but am leaning more toward a Brizo touch model for the kitchen and Deltas for the baths. There are some threads about the Tapmaster and the Delta Touch if you search for those. Around here it seems like people generally favor the Tapmaster over the touch-based faucets. I think the touch would be easier, but Tapmaster people say it takes about a day and they have it down. If you get it I hope you will report back! Due to builder issues I'm about 5 months out from having to make a final decision. Maybe there will be some reviews on this one by then.
