Bank added $1000 to closing costs 2 hours before closing

I closed this Monday on my first house. I was unable all of last week to get the settlement statement from the bank so I knew how much I needed. Then 2 hours before closing, the loan officer sends me the statement but adds over $1000 to the closing costs.

These are $1000 that were never shown in any Good Faith Estimate or in the loan application, including the final copies I got of all of those one day before closing.

I didn't want to lose out the purchase, so I called the loan officer to complain, but ended signing the closing document. He basically told me, "I should have put the costs in the good faith estimates, but I didn't, so tough luck."

I know I was flat out lied to and deceived, and I'm irate right now. What should I do now, if anything?

Thanks.
