The only other thing I would try is disconnect the opener arm from the door and hit the opener and see if the opener works when disconnected from the door. The 3280 is a Liftmaster Belt Drive opener. It is very quiet and reliable. You are seeing so many craftsman opener problems in this forum, because if you google craftsman opener problems, it takes you to this forum. Most of the problems you are seeing with these openers are extremely easy repairs. I would get that 3280 installed for that is a fair price about 25 bucks cheaper than what my company installs them for. Or you could go with a craftsman and do it yourself, either way stay away from srew drives no matter what the name brand and in particular stay away from genie. At least when a craftsman opener breaks you can buy the parts and do it yourself.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing for the same reasons ever since I tried the Sassybax bra (sassybax.com). I ordered 3 sizes online but sent them all back because they were so incredibly tight. They are made of ribbed knit with a lot of stretch. My thought was the same as yours--cropped tank style, double front, pull-over--but that's as far as I've gotten. I thought a ribbed knit of a cotton and polyester blend with a fair amount of spandex might work. The inner layer of the front could be all cotton T-shirt fabric. I don't think flannel would work because it won't stretch. I also thought binding the edges with elastic would work better than facing since you wouldn't have the extra bulk. The RTW tanks have a fabric binding around the neck and armholes--I would just use some type of elastic. The patterns for swim wear show how to do this or maybe there are some instructions online. If you don't find a good selection of elastic at your local fabric store, you will online at the sites that sell lingerie making fabrics and notions. It will probably take some tinkering to get what you want, maybe quite a bit, but it will be worth it. I'm really glad you posted this question--I've gotten inspired to visit our local Joann's and see what I can find for the first prototype! My Mom is 89 and also decided no more bras she has very bad Rheumatoid Arthritis so trying to even pull on a sports bra was impossible. Plus she is a tiny woman. So she is going the cami route or wearing some type of shirt under her regular tops. We went shopping and got several sets with a matching tee or sleeveless top to go under her shirt. She was very happy and did not feel braless. I am not a tiny woman by far so for me the whole bra issue is a true pain. I have RA also and started having a problem pulling on my sports bras and no way could I do the back hooks any longer. The ahh and genie bra was a comic event when I tried those. But I have found thus far the most comfortable and easy to put on bra so I bought several of them in various colors and now I can actually put them on by myself and not be terribly irritated by it, the straps have like memory foam and are so comfy plus they are very supportive. Wirefree front-hook seamless leisure bra by Comfort Choice� I wait till they are on sale and then use one of the promo codes I can always find online and get them at a very good price, also since they have the bra club I end up getting one free. I showed these bras to my sister and she tried on one of the new ones I had never worn and I thought she was going to steal it from me. I emailed her the site link and a promo code so she could get her own. LOL For years I wore the all in one teddy which I dearly loved because there was no band around you to crawl up. At home alone I am often with out bra, out in public always wear one.
