open house but we do not have buyer broker

Hi,

I am new to housebuying and I have one big question. Yesterday we went to an open house in CT and would like to buy that house. However, we did not have a buyer broker and crossed that field on the seller's broker sign-in sheet. After a bit online research I realize that espacially as a first-time-buyer we really need the support of a buyer-broker. Is it now to late to get the support of one for this special house??? Does the seller broker now get all the commission and we are on our own in terms of all the hurdles of buying???

Thanks for your advice
