Buy a backup sink when install new granite counter?

We are going to put a new granite counter(Blanco Gabrielle) in our new kitchen, with under-mount SS sink (10' deep, 30'' wide big single bow sink, which will also be the bathtub of our King Charles Cavalier.......).

The granite will be precisely cut to the shape of the sink we choose. The sink itself is only $200-300, which is only a fraction of the cost of the granite counter.

Does it make sense to order two identical sinks, use one as a back-up. In case, the one installed gets chipped, scratched or damaged down the road, we or the future owner would have a replacement on hand, and not have to get a expensive new counter if they couldn't find a exact shape replacement sink.

Or people will be getting new granite in the future anyway? The backup sink is going to just sit in the basement forever....
