Bypass Doors for Large Closet

Our contractor is building a 12-foot long closet (not walk in) and we have requested it include 4 sliding doors on two tracks. (four 36-inch wide doors). Johnsons Hardware sells kits with all the necessary hardware, and we would use regular 6-panel pine/fir doors). This settup will allow almost 6-feet of closet to be opened at once, and save floor space normally needed for swinging doors.

Does anyone have experience with such a large slidding door systesm? Any problems or issues we are not thinking about?
