Tan Brown Granite?
Comments (1)I actually HAD brown quartz (Cambria Canterbury) for my white kitchen. It was just too much contrast for me... perhaps if the white was more creamy or had a glaze it would have been ok for me. I cancelled it and went with New Quay--gray/white in color. Even though my island is brown with a black glaze on it, all that white was what I saw first and I needed to tone it down, not add to the contrast. Comments (9)I painted my cabinets, I should say they were already white but it still took me two weeks. A long process but I am glad I did it. Tan brown is a granite that leans toward the rust and dark chocolate brown colors. And yes some slabs are almost black as someone mentioned. I have a few pictures of white with tan brown. I think if you added some brown or rust to your backsplash it could bring in the tone of the stone nicely to your space. ~boxer This slab is a bit more red rust than the others I have seen. Comments (1)I am starting to wonder if there is another granite that is similar to Santa Fe Brown that people use now? I would save $500 with my granite cost if I went with Uba Tuba or Tan Brown, but dh does not like Tan Brown.
