You could buy some of the plain ikea curtains that come with the iron on tape for hemming and just cut them short, if you don't want to sew anything. Those wouldn't be at all hard to duplicate--they're just hemmed fabric with clips. I can't imagine a simpler thing to do. You might even be able to find drop cloths that would work if you don't need a stark white and don't mind having to hem them.

Not exactly sure what texture the fabric is, but you could use an inexpensive sheet. If you don't have a sewing machine you can use hemming tape which only requires an iron. This will be an easy project for anyone and you can have the exact same look as PB for next to nothing.

If you can sew a straight line, you can do these. But I like the material in the PB curtains better than the others. The one on the blog does look like a white sheet, and they don't hang right.

They look like the hemstitch curtains I used to have in the bathroom from Country Curtains. Instead of using the rod pocket I folded it over and hung the curtains with clips.

Have you tried Country Curtains? JCP, BedBath&Beyond & Overstock are some other places you can try.

I assume you're aware that curtains displayed as gathered on a rod can easily be hung with rings, so don't let how they're hanging deter you from buying curtain you like.

I just finished making short, unlined panel curtains and even though they were only 63" long I would not say they were easy to make. Sewing them was easy, but cutting them all square was not! Not having a large surface to work from was an issue but at least I had my kitchen peninsula, which still wasn't quite wide enough. If you can find them ready made in the fabric you like, don't hesitate to buy and cut the hem. The iron on tape is fantastic!

The hemstitched Country Curtains that natal posted look like they would be Perfect! I'm so excited (and relieved)!

natal - Do you recall if they shrunk at all when washed? (Some of the reviews complain about them shrinking. I'd prefer the 24" length - but only if it doesn't shrink a ton.) Also - LOVE your bathroom (and wreath) - so charming, simple and elegant. I would love to see what you've done with other rooms in your home :)
