Recipe: gluten - free giant double chocolate cookie mottogear4 hours ago Eat this all by yourself, or share! Either way, it's one if the best cookies I've made! If you don't want it gluten free, use all purpose flour instead of the rice flour, and don't use the xanthen gum. ingrediants: •5 tablespoons rice flour (white or brown)• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract• 2 tablespoons softened butter• 2 tablespoons brown sugar• 2 tablespoons white sugar• 1/4 teaspoon xanthen gum• 1 egg yolk• 1 heaping teaspoon cocoa powder• 2-3 tablespoons chocolate chips directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar by hand (of you can use a mixer). Add egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix to combine. 3. Add rice flour, baking soda, xanthen gum, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Shape dough into a circle and place on a baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake in preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Eat immediately.

I've made an avocado chocolate mousse (sounds crazy - I know). You can google different recipes. The avocados need to be very ripe (but not over-ripe). This makes 3-4 servings. It is quite dense - so may not be the consistency you are looking for. Avocado Chocolate Mousse INGREDIENTS 2 ripe avocados 3/4 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. keto-approved chocolate chips (Lily's are a good choice), melted 1/4 c. of your favorite keto sweetener 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. kosher salt chocolate curls, for garnish (optional) DIRECTIONS In a food processor or blender (I have used a hand mixer – but beware it will splatter!), blend all ingredients except chocolate curls until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses and refrigerate 30 minutes and up to 1 hour. Garnish with chocolate curls if using. Also can top with land-o-lakes whipped cream - they have a no-sugar choice.

Godiva is not a Mars brand. Formerly owned by Campbell Soup, it's now owned by a company based in Turkey.

Godiva is not all that...I'm sorry it's just not my idea of good chocolate...to each his own...I'd take a bag of Lindt truffles from Wally World over it anyday...My ideal is Milk Chocolate from Europe...or a good old 3 muskateers!! CHOkLIT RULES!!! My kids bought me a bag of Reese's miniatures for Mothers Day...of course just what I needed...I love them and just walking by the bags makes my butt grow!!
