Does anyone have inside mount shades - Roman or old-fashioned pull down - mounted inside double hung windows? Does the fact that the bottom part of the window sticks out further keep the shade from operating properly? Hard to explain what I mean but if you look at the picture you see that the place where you would hang the shade is directly in line with the bottom window. Does the bottom half of the window interfere with the shade dropping properly?
