ideas for where I can find this sort of cabinet for laundry sink?

I love this pic:

and it's the inspiration for what I want to do with my laundry room - but I'm having a hard time finding cabinets/tables that I could use for underneath the sink. Has anyone seen a vanity or side table, etc like this? I would need 24x20ish... thanks so much!

It looks like an 18" vanity, the kind with legs.
perhaps even turned sideways?

Well the towel is hiding the style but judging from the cab next to it is is just a simple white shaker cabinet with either a white laminate or a white painted wooden top.

Once you have your sink size then just get a shaker style sink cabinet and put a white top on it. It's a simple style that any cabinet manufacturer would have. You might even be able to pick one off the shelf at a big box store depending on the size.

They trimmed it out with the interesting towel bar but basically a box is a box.

Here's the one I used. I had it at my old house and it was plenty big for me so I got it for my new house too. I have a pull out faucet with it so that I can fill really deep pails. It's only 20 gauge, which is fine for a laundry room. I got a single hole model. I got mine at Home Depot. Here is a link that might be useful: utility sink

How much room do you have? I have an IKEA 18" wide kitchen bottom cabinet without doors, but with one shelf. It is the perfect size to hold two plastic laundry baskets. We use one for lights and one for darks. If you can fit two of them, then you could fit four laundry baskets. If you get the adjustable legs, you can raise them and use the top for folding.

As long as you don't care about ever replacing the sink down the road, and your cabinets are overbuilt for support for your stone tops, you can "scoop" out the tops of your sink base to fit a 30" sink in a 30" base. I don't recommend it. I've had at least one client who needed to replace her sink, and it wouldn't have been possible if she had done the scooping bit. As it was, she had a 33" sink in a 36" base, and it was doable. The sides of the sink are what transfer the weight of the granite to the ground, and compromising that support is never wise, especially for a heavy bowl full of water.

Hello, I would love one like that as it would fit perfectly in any room of my home! My first thought was that it's a CD Cabinet/Holder/Organizer Thingy. I thin CEF is correct. That appears to be a curtain--probably no doors, similar to this:
