Caulk where tile backsplash meets wall in corner? Or just grout?

Hello,

I'm putting in a subway tile backsplash (in the kitchen) that will continue from above the counter to behind the range. The range is at the end of the counter in the corner of the room (not the ideal setup, but oh well). I'm not going to wrap the backsplash around the range onto the other wall; it'll just be in back.

Here's my question: what should I do where the tile meets the wall in the corner. Use caulk like where it meets the counter? Or should I just leave room for some grout? I understand it doesn't technically need the grout to prevent future cracking, like at the counter, but maybe there's an aesthetic difference.

It's my first time laying tile and any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Sam
