...you try to explain what you were thinking with a quilt design? My family sometimes will stop and look at whatever I'm currently working on and then say something along the lines of "I don't get it." When I had the idea in my head, it made such sense, almost symbollic, even poetic, but as I look into their faces and try to verbalize what my brain was thinking and I watch their faces get that wrinkled look as they start to look from me to the project, I began to wonder if I'm a quilter gone awry! WONKY is my favorite word I have learned on this forum - I think it describes my quilts and me!
