Sorry, can't get to the A&H Turf page you entered. But Reva Shelf does make a 3" filler pullout, you just need to have a door panel, flat panel (if you want it to look like a filler) or (if you have matching filler on other side of cabinet) a decorative leg or fluted column to mount to the front.

I guess I am not understanding. This would be filler for uppers.

You need to be creative in getting it to match. You buy a filler piece from your cabinet manufacturer, something like a toe kick piece, or a cabinet door the length of your uppers, and cut it down to fill the size you need. In your case it would probably be 3 inches wide, but it might be more depending upon how you insert the rev-a-shelf. You then screw it onto the end of the rev-a-shelf, and use edging to cover the cuts.
It's easier for some door styles than others--for example, my cabinets will be Shaker style (Ikea Adel), and the raised flat parts of the doors are exactly 3 inches wide, so I am going to just cut off one of those, so it's easy with my style. With more engraved door styles, you'll need to think about more of a design that matches.

Sorry. You did say wall. They make those too - and you just need to get a panel from your cabinet manufacturer to match. Is it going to be on the end as shown? Then I'd make it look like part of the frame, not another door. Basically a 1x4 (3.5" wide) and finish off the end of the cabinet too (like with a door-style end panel - all the manufacturers make them). The Reva Shelf pullout is a cabinet in itself, so just screw it to the side of the existing cabinet, then cover the side with the end panel and screw the stained/painted 1x4 to the front and you're done, except for trimming out the top with molding continued over the cabinet if you're doing some kind of crown molding.

Are you adding this to an existing kitchen? Pictures would help.

What is three inches. You probably won't even notice it after a while. Besides it sounds like you have already made your DH work hard enough. If I were your I would just stand three inches off center when working in the kitchen.

I have these on either side of my rangetop and find them very useful. We ordered 3" filler panels and the columns from the cabinet company and simply attached them to the RAS unit.

Filler pullouts are very useful and why waste perfectly good potential storage on filler? I highly recommend them as well! You'd be amazed at how much you can fit in one.

We have 6" pullouts. Our installer first put a filler piece on the front of the pullout frame and then put a flat panel w/a shallow "ridge" along the edge on top to bring them out to the same depth as the cabinets/drawers around them. B/c 6" is too narrow to mimic our door style, we used a flat panel.
