3' filler rev-a-shelf?

In searching for a 3" filler for wall cabinets, I found this posting, but I can't seem to respond and bump it for some reason. Sorry for the duplicate post, but I really need some help in understanding this to see if this could work for us.

We have a window in our galley kitchen. In order for the wall cabinets to be equidistant from the edges of teh window, we really need a 33" upper and a 36" upper so that they are level with the bottom cabinets on each end of the galley kitchen.

However, our cabinet company doesn't make 33" upper cabinets. As such we will have a 3" gap.

We found this http://www.ahturf.com/catalog/itemdetails.phtml?ss=b%07432-WF42-3C%07c%07%07a%07S%07e%071%07f%0741998%07z%07a6bb

But I guess I am not understanding how you would make the front of this filler pull out look like the rest of your cabinets.

We have painted white shaker cabinets, so I am just not sure how to make sure it blends in. Please help?
