Keeping the sink area clean
Comments (2)Not only how strong the water flow is, there are other causes too. The way a person washes his/her hands will make a difference in how much water is slopped/splashed on top of the counter. Placement of soap container will make a difference. Soap container close to edge of sink and to the side away from water flow works best. Put soap (liquid) on hands first before wetting, no dripping water on counter top while getting soap. Comments (18)gosh, i have had my ss zero radius for 6 months now. i don't understand why some/most people find them hard to maintain. i still absolutely love mine and would not have anything else. There are alot of features in my new kitchen that i just love, but this is one of my favorites! When i finish my cleanup at night, i just use my sprayer to spray it all down, the corners, grates, sides, bottom. when we dump a cup with leftover coffee or something, its too easy to pick up the sprayer and rinse. As far as shinning it up, i did this for the first time last week. i have a can of stuff that i bought from the grocery store to polish my stainless appliances. i tried some in my sink. Oooo, it made it like new again. And, it also waxed it i guess you could say. the water beaded up on it for a while after like it would on a waxed car. I love my zero radius sink. Its not a name brand either. i got it off of the internet from Sienna sinks dot com....See MoreNew Kitchen Sink--are square corners hard to keep clean?
Comments (27)Rita / Bring Back Sophie 4 Real -- We installed the Rachiele sink in 2017. There hasn't been any cleaning issue. Far better than the "normal" sinks we had before (several sinks, several houses and apartments). Although it was the most expensive "appliance" in the remodel, it's been worth every penny. I really love that the mess stays in the sink and the counter never needs more than dusting. Remember that Rachiele sinks aren't zero radius, they are about 3mm radius. That makes a big difference....See MoreWhat is best sink material for keeping clean looking
Comments (6)White porcelain is pretty classic for a bathroom sink. But I am also in the school of not understanding why there should be toothpaste residue. I am not a fanatic neatnik but even I generally just run my finger over any toothpaste scum or other residue after I have finished since it literally takes two seconds and that way I never have anything that has hardened and which takes more effort to clean....See Morealoha2009
