Multiple offers: What should I be considering?

I finally had an offer today (180 DOM) through a buyer's agent for $449,000 (asking $469k), 1k good faith, 19k deposit, 100k down at closing in 60 days. Buyer owns 2 businesses.

There will be another offer on Monday at 1:00 PM with the possibility of 2 more additional offers the same day. One of those 2 additional offers will NOT be not represented by a buyer's agent (meaning no commission split) but that individual may need a bridge but makes a great salary (150K) and owes nothing on his current house.

Obviously the highest offer is not always the best offer.

What else should I be considering.
