Grind your own grain, store bulk foods? Please show and tell!

Hi there, I'm trying to figure out a good way for storing grains in our kitchen.

We buy rice, oats, wheat and spelt in 25-50 lb. quantities. Currently, we use 30 qt. Iris rolling bins (which I love, btw)to store our grains. They're great, but they won't fit in standard cabinets.

I'd like to keep a fair amount of the grains right in my baking area to reduce trips to the storage area.

We need to have containers that are bug proof.

Please show me how you store your grains. What works, what doesn't. Do tell! Thanks. : )

Here is a link that might be useful: We use the 30qt. size Iris Containers
