The best 'deep' fridge (NOT cabinet-depth)?

Hello!

A peculiar shape of the kitchen, pretty much, enforces the use of a "deep" refrigerator  using a shallow counter-depth one would waste some 10-12" behind it.

Judging by a search on Homeclick, the "fancy" makers (SubZero, Miele, Thermador, etc.) don't make them at all, and the widest that deep fridges go is 36":

My very significant other insists, whatever choice be stainless steel all around (not just the doors as seems to be the case on all or most of the GE units). We want it to produce ice and have a water dispenser  internal or external (we know, the latter seems to be repair-prone regardless of the maker)...

We are also interested in the special compartments, that maintain special climate (temperature and humidity) for produce and/or meat.

So...

  1. Any comments on these choices?
  2. Is there a model I missed, that we should consider?
  3. Is there a meaningful difference between "GE" and "GE Profile"?

Thanks! Yours,

doofus

P.S. Back when I was watching TV, Maytag had a very clever advertisement campaign showing, how bored their repairman always is... So, I'm partial to that brand, even though I realize, that it was just an ad campaign... Go figure, huh?
