Well it defiantly looks like flooring...because of the wood trim at the bottom...(used to be called mop boards....lol)

But it looks warped. So that is confusing.

It also looks like counter top...

What did you do,? start a fire in your kitchen??

Looks like one of those sidewalk toilets I saw in Europe in 1968. (The ones shielded by wooden sides that did not reach all the way to the ground.)

The floor next to a toilet that has been leaking/dripping for a few years. I'll bet there use to be a carpet on top of that floor. Yuck...glad I odn't have to clean it...

The first thing I thought of was the inside of the toilet tank lid, but Jane beet me to it.

I would say a bathroom floor since I can see what appears to be the edge of a commode and commode seat on the left side of a picture.Oh,and I also see a kittens head and front paws right in the center of that "floor"?

The Jen(n)'s and Lydia have it spot on - the bathroom in an abandoned suite - the tenants are now suing me because "it was clean when they left it"...rofl.
I can almost guarantee it hasn't been cleaned in the 3 years they lived there. The rest of the place is just as nasty, going to be a major project to get that place back to rentable.
I took thorough pictures of everything, I'm quite certain the arbitrator will have a good laugh over their comment versus the visual evidence.
