What to do with 200 4x4' terra cotta Talavera tiles?
Comments (5)I never got a detailed invoice but when I talked to the tile in-house designer originally, I remember she checked prices and it was about $5 a tile. I got the floor and ceiling tile from them also and because the talavera was an accent and we didn't order a large quantity, I didn't price it anywhere else. Thanks for the ideas....See Moreterra cotta color tile --- out of style?
Comments (7)I'm not a tile expert but I think that's not Saltillo tile. It looks like a glazed/fired ceramic tile, like this. http://www.efloors.com/marazzi-super-saltillo-desierto-12-x-12-porcelain-tile-ug2e/tile/marazzi/porcelain/catalog_73086.htm?gclid=CLTEhNmUjb4CFc1j7Aodmm8A4w http://www.marazziusa.com/products/porcelain-stoneware/glazed-porcelain/super-saltillo If you want real Saltillo tile, I believe it's still made. Lowes has something that says it's Saltillo. http://www.lowes.com/pd_37091-66607-SAB12R_0__?productId=3436524 Here's a company near me that sells Saltillo. http://www.floridamexicantile.com/ Maybe they would ship or possibly recommend someone nearer to you....See More? Comments (0)Hi, we are looking for a painted terra cotta tile (or something aesthetically similar) for a bathroom floor. We love the large Arabesco handpainted tile by Tabarka but were wondering if others knew of something a bit less expensive- this runs 50-60$ sq/ft. Thank you! Comments (11)If you look at the Color Gallery on the Benjamin Moore Website, and search Chelsea Gray, and look under the "More Shades" link at the bottom, the following lighter colors are shown: 1611 Gray Tint 1472 Silver Chain 1474 Cape May Cobblestone 1475 Graystone 1471 Shoreline 1473 Gray Huskie round out the upper end of the strip. It's likely that Chelsea Gray is essentially one of the colors on the dark end of the strip with a different name. Try one of these. You could also go white and do White Dove, like you did in the other room....See Morepatricianat
