We are starting to plan a pool that will fit into a space that is only 25 wide by 30 long. Our town requires 10 feet from the house and 10 feet from the neighbors lot, which we definitely don't have so we'll have to ask for special approval. So, if we allow 5 feet from the house and the neighbors, that will leave 15 feet wide for the pool. Hope I am making sense. We have 2 kids almost 6 and 7, and want them to grow into the pool, what size is realistic here? What is the minimum deck size on the 2 sides we really want to be all pool? We plan on having the bigger deck area on one corner of the pool. TIA!
