jasdip - the plan is to try to do so by, I think, mid 2015. But the requirements are very stringent. The liquor area has to be completely separate from the grocery area and the store can't be within so many (I can't remember how many) kilometers from an existing liquor store. I think in the Vancouver area only one grocery store qualifies.

Yup....agreeing with red and it was a no-brainer for me (former military). The stripes were set up as alternating colors (red/white) to represent the original 13 colonies. The flag has always been red/white/blue. I'd have to go back and look up flag history to confirm when the 13 stripes became the flag base but it's been around for at least 100 years....maybe early 1900s.

Well, I would certainly hope an Oklahomian would get that one right! LOL

Well, I have a Swedish friend who makes something like that, but I never connected it with the Mississippi Mud Cake so I'll guess Sweden. On the other hand, when I think of chocolate I think of Swiss chocolate so maybe it's Switzerland.

In case anyone thought I was making fun of MS, au contraire! I love it. It's real thing. Maybe only regional though?

With Klad at beginning of the name, it makes me think of the Irish ring, clad[daugh], but I am surely wrong!
