There are only 2 or 3 magnolia trees that I know of in the city. This one is by the greenhouse in the park. I doubt it would survive if it wasn't sheltered and heated up from the glass. It isn't very big.

A photo of my bedroom. I found the curtains new in bags at a garage sale last week. They had three white panels and three ecru panels. Friend and I looked at each other, smiled and said, together, "Alternate'em!" LOL

The quilt is one that my mom made for me. The oval in the middle? She drew a pattern from her dining room table! LOL I've had it for years and use it usually in the summertime. In the winter I switch to white chenille. I'm a sucker for white linens.

Noticed the bed ain't made great and the lamp shade is crooked. (everybody looks closely, now) Awww....well! LOL
