This is for Jodi, she says there's never any people in my photos, LOL. Some people walking a trail on New Year's Day. We had a dusting of snow but it's all gone now.

Hubby and I went on a 2 hour drive through the rural countryside to meet with a client of mine. It was an absolute gorgeous, bitterly cold, sunny day. The wintery scene was spectacular. Check out the post office in a little hamlet. Isn't it cute???? Meet Claire and Flame, mother and daughter Bull Mastiffs of my clients. HUGE sucks!!

Jodi, your first photo yesterday was definitely of tulips. But your 2nd picture and this picture is of poppies before they bloom. Poppies bloom after tulips. So while you might think that the tulips were coming out of these fuzzy pods, they weren't. I guess they were just planted close to each other.

Nicole, I have David, Katherine, Bright Eyes, Blue Boy, and Nicky--plus a couple of others I can't remember and lots that have reverted to the "wild" color. I actually transplanted some of the last into my garden many years ago, to continue what a woman began long before I moved h ere. I think Katherine is pictured in the back of my photo. I thought it was the one in the middle, but I think that one's too light to be Katherine. Blue Boy hasn't done well; I was thinking Blue Paradise might be nice. And maybe some more Nicky, which is such a rich, pleasing color.
