I was really shocked at who went home. Although I'm a big Katherine fan ,I expected these two would be in the last ones standing. I wonder why she was voted off since they had the highest marks last night. I think she can be annoying sometimes. I was glad Katherine's fans kept her, because she has been flawless the whole season..just one slip and it maybe was Mark's fault.

That's why she went home - because she's annoying. She did not connect with fans, and I was also glad to see her go. I'll be okay with whoever wins now, my personal favorite being Donald. IMO, though, he'll come in third.

This was a terrific season! Monday's show had some of the best dancing I've ever seen anywhere.

I was very disappointed. While I think Donald was doing a credible job and any other season might belong in the finals, I don't think he's as good as the other three. I think the finals would have been much more exciting without him. I did not find Maria annoying.

Brooke is playing the sympathy card. Think about it. This is the entertainment industry -- they always have a contract. If Brooke's contract did not include this upcoming season and she hadn't been in negotiations to extend the contract, then she shouldn't have expected to be returning, especially so close to the start of the new season. If she had been in contract negotiations, she should have had enough sense to realize that the negotiations weren't going her way, and she shouldn't have expected to be returning, especially so close to the start of the new season. And, if she actually had a new contract for this season and then ABC opted to cancel the contract, then she has nothing* to complain about because the contract would have included a buy-out which means she would have been paid a handsome sum of money for being let go. *The only thing she could possibly complain about is if her agent and/or manager had negotiated a contract that didn't include a buy-out clause; and if that's the case, her complaining should be against/about her manager and/or agent. Not the network, not the show itself.

Then you missed a great season last autumn? I think it was, enjoyspring. The all-star show was really good, every dance, every week. Unless I remember it wrong. For the first show, I really really enjoyed Amber's dance. She can really move! I really like it when they make me think I want to dance! (I can't, not at all). I'm not too fond of Bill Nye or Keyshawn, but the rest are ok or are good. Last night was adequate. I wasn't blown away by anyone's dance. The two best dances I've ever seen are the Psycho dance with Ricki Lake/Derek Hough, but it was ousted from my all time favorite to second favorite, by last autumn's all-stars Shawn Johnson/Derek Hough's who broke all the rules with the trampoline quickstep. But this season? Nothing so far. Amber's first is pretty memorable though.

I watched tonight. First time in years. Sadie was awesome. I really like the mixed martial arts fighter guy. And that last guy was fantastic. I didn't like the little dark haired girl at the beginning. Just not feelin' her for some reason. Lolo Jones had her typical crappy attitude. And the dude with the eyes, ugh, close your mouth and close your eyes. haha I doubt I watch too much, too much of a popularity contest instead of a dance contest. I'm just biding my time til the Blacklist comes back! I think Chong might just have acutally smoked a fattie before he danced, hahahaha

I missed a few mins of the beginning. I think that Patti LaBelle was elegant, Suzanne Sommers was a disappointment, I thought that she would be much better since she appears to be in great shape for her age, and I think she did some dancing on stage. Rumer Willis was a pleasant surprise. she and Val did great. She looks like the one to beat at this early point.

I liked Maria. Very sad to see her go. I would have liked her to win. Don't care who wins now. They all are terrific dancers.

My personal favorite is Donald, being as I am from Wi and a huge Packers fan. But he was not the best dancer, in fact I think he is the worst of the 4. Just kind of stiff and not fluid like the rest. But he is a fan favorite, that's for sure.

I think fans found not only Maria irritating, but Derek as well. I think Derek is an exceptional dancer, but he irritates me at times. Not all the time, but sometimes. But they should not have gone home.

It's a contest based on fan vote. She did not get enough votes. She may have been the better dancer but she didn't get the votes.

I think people have taken to Katherine because she's so genuine and honest. She's a great dancer and deserves her place in the finals. What happened in her dance can happen to a pro and I'm glad she wasn't seriously hurt. It was her left leg and her back. Mark didn't knock her down.

I think Donald is doing a fine job but he's not as good as William and Katherine. The finals will be a show to watch!!!

i liked her and was sorry they went home...

wonder what exactly they'll have in mind that's new and different? they sure kept pointing that out last night...i'd be very sorry if they changed judges...

speaking of..was impressed with howard stern last night..he was honest and not looking bored (like piers) and asked the "right" questions...

Susan, next season of DWTS will be an all-star cast of returning champions, fan favorites and some controversial contestants. Here's hoping Kate doesn't make an appearance!

Howard was pretty good on AGT....he's been in the biz a long time. I don't envy him that job though.
