Thanks, I'm glad you like it. I too love the blue paint. I'm so sorry, I forgot to ask her the name of the paint. I think it was a Behr color she had BM mix up for her. I'll find out and let you know.

She asked for my advice, but took little of it. LOL I'm glad she took my advice on the blue paint because it matches the gray/blue tile beautifully. She did really well on the other selections. She did get all LG appliances and that was excellent. Her flooring is not one we reommended just because her household is so busy, but she wanted some "wow" and that floor sure gives it to her with the high gloss. It is beautiful.

The floor measured 8 x 3 before so you know it was small!! It's been widened to 6ft. from 3. Her kitchen is almost identical to mine in layout so DH already knew what had to be done with hers. We remodeled ours when we first moved in this house 20 years ago.

Those old ratty cabinets were ones the city put in for her mom about 18 years ago. I let DH take the before photo's and he didn't do a good job at getting all the angles. The shelves were literally falling down inside the cabinets. I was so happy to see her get a new kitchen since cooking is her hobby!!

She also had DH make a rolling island for her that is in the dining room so she'll have even more counter space for preparing food and the undercabinet for storage.

I'll post photo's of the other updates when they are complete.

oceanna, since you can paint, I'll adopt you now. Get your work clothes on, I'm on my way to pick you up. LOL

I know the flooring came from Perque's flooring. I believe they are just local and not national. I'll get the brand, etc. and let you know.

The blue paint color is a Behr paint called Rocky Sky. We had BM do a custom mix since we like their paint.

I still don't have the information on the tile, sorry, I'm getting to it.

The tile is Interceramic Expressions Celebrity
The laminte is Royal Oak from Sam's - sells for about $1.49 sq. ft.

The yellow paint is BM's rich creme and I've already given the name of the blue is Behr Rocky Sky mixed by BM.

My neighbor is absolutely ecstatic with the results. She'd tell you herself, it was such a run down mess before. It's like an entirely different house. Now they only have the bedrooms left to redo.

Love the paint colors. I'm really liking that BM Rich Creme A LOT. Does it have any pink in it, Brutuses? Or is the undertone more yellow? What's the difference between how it looks in the day and in the night? Nice color. So is the blue.

I have the BM Rich Creme in my new house too and there's absolutely no pink. Since I didn't have all the lighting connected in the new house, I tested the color at this house in southern exposure sunlight and under regular incandescent and GE reveal bulbs and cool flourescent. Love it in all light colors and levels. In the bright afternoon sun it does turn even more intense yellow. It's so soft. I was giving my neighbor color options and she found this one and turned me on to it. You can get a sample pot too at BM.
