Two companies we're looking at to build our screened porch do not provide painting/staining. Does anyone have experience with how much this costs? We'd like to have some sense so that we can factor that into our total cost.

Our porch will be approximately 16' x 15'.

For the interior, it will have tongue and groove cedar on the ceiling and likely pressure treated wood decking for the floor - both would need staining.

The posts/framing and interior/exterior knee wall will be painted.

I know nobody can give an exact estimate, but even a range is helpful just to give us a sense. Right now we don't know if we're looking at $1000 or $5000.
