Help with pressure treated deck stain!!

Hi. I'm new to this forum. Been reading a lot of posts but hoping someone can give me a little more insight.

I have an older deck. Parts of it are 14 years old and other parts are 6 years old. I put a finish on it called Wolman's Extreme. It is a 100% acrylic semi-transparent with a sheen. I also used this product on my screened in porch. It has held up perfectly in my screened porch and I just touch it up. This product is now discontinued.

However, the deck is now flaking and peeling where it gets sun, which is about 50%. Where it doesn't get sun it is fine. Needless to say, I need to strip it. I did a test run on a few steps and it's something to get off.

I called Wolman and I had to order off the internet Deckstrip ARS. I tried the regular Deckstrip product and it did almost nothing. I have also been using a hand sander and it's pretty hard to get off. So I am waiting to receive the Deckstrip ARS to see if that removes it. Then I will sand it. I hope it is possible to get off 100%. I don't know if it is.

With this in mind, now here is the question. What do I put on it after. Do I put another 100% acrylic. I would never want to strip that again. I was in Sherwin Williams and interested in their Deckscape products. I only want to use a semi-transpartent. So do I use 100% acrylic, an acrylic with modified oils or all oils? Sherwin Williams tech support said no matter which I use, after a few years I will have to strip and redo and they are all the same amount of work to strip.
