This was sent to me in an email and I found it so entertaining I have to share it with you all.

HEMA is a Dutch department store. You can't order anything and it's in Dutch, but just wait 15 - 20 seconds after the page fills up and watch what happens!

That's great. Perhaps the best part is that the shopping basket is called a winkelmandje.
Last year my son was in Germany and I managed to order him Christmas gifts from the German Amazon site, even though I don't speak any German at all. The site is set up exactly like the American site, so I just had both windows open at the same time, and used BabelFish alot.

lllol, Oh that's funny!! So nice to see some new imaginative things going on. Can you imagine if that gets around, though, and other sites start doing it too. Yikes. Glad I didn't visit at 3am :) My volume was way up and no controls in site! This place was rockin'!!

Very creative. What surprised me is I'm able to read most of it on that site (between Swedish, English, and German I guess I can make it out). Loved browsing around too and they have some fun stuff.

BTW the dutch word for boom box is not ghettoblaster - sounds like a slang name taken from some American movie or TV show to make it seem cool. Might also be a name that is used for that particular model, but it is definetly not dutch for boom box.

They have some different types of packaging and kind of fun to look around for me. The named seem familiar so I had to look through my stash of good quality plastic bags and I have one with the logo on it so I must have shopped there at some point, but can't remember doing so. Could be I got it from mom too when needing one in packing stuff.

How about flower seeds in a can.

They really seem to have all kinds of stuff and I enjoyed looking around. I learned their products are made for their stores only.
