Does anyone suffer from Raynauds phenomenon

enjoyingspring

I was just told by the doctor today that I have Raynaud's Phenomenon. This past winter when I would be outside my toes and finger tips would get ice cold, the area would turn white. I even found when touching cold drinks or other cold foods my finger tips would get really cold and turn white.

Apparently there are special socks and gloves you can buy to help this problem.
