Elevated Deck--Only Options-Trex or Cedar

I live in Toronto, Canada, and I will be replacing my old pressure treated deck. The company we are working with works with Cedar and Composites. However due to building codes, our only option for composites is Trex, since we are working with an elevated deck. I am wondering if we should just stick to cedar then.

We were choosing a composite for its maintenance free qualities, however if mold is an issue then I do not want to use this material.

Will I have any problems with mold with cedar? Is cedar the better choice here?
