Weird to have different trim in bathroom than rest of the house?

We are three weeks away from our small master bath remodel. We are gutting and redoing, and I'm trying to decide whether to have the contractor salvage the current trim around the door or if it would be OK to install something different.

Currently, the entire house has the same tiered pine trim painted white around all doors, windows, and corners and a basic 4" crown moulding and 5" baseboard.

I'd prefer a craftsman style trim in the entire house, but my husband might have a heart attack if I suggest redoing all the trim. Would it look odd to have different trim in one room? You can see the room from other parts of the house, though not the door casing, just the crown moulding, which could stay the same. The new medicine cabinet also has a craftsman look which would match much better to the plan trim rather than the current style.
