new Rheem - either Ecosense or HP 50 (I think)

I posted a few weeks ago with no response. I have seen advertised in magazines lately an electric water heater by Rheem either Ecosense or HP50. It uses the same principle (sp) as an air conditioner/heater- using the ambient air to heat the water.
It comes in a 50 gal/elec. It claims to use 505 less energy. Other than the ads, I haven't been able to find out anything. Can someone please help? TY
