Rtmom2, they are both Canadel. The first picture is closest to the style I'm thinking. I really like the chair. The black one is just to show the finish I could not find an exact picture of my table. It will be a small rectangular table and the chair will be similar to the first pic. ci lantro thank you for putting into words what I just could not but my finger on. I thought the light would compliment the island but the color is off and it may look like I tried to match and goofed. I was afraid the black would stand out too much as the only black piece in thr room but you're right there is other black in the room and my granite does have black in it. Thanks for pointing that out.

I found some that had a similar look, but not this particular table. You can pretty easily find glass-top tables with the scrollwork base. The element I was not able to find was the hammered bits at the base and supporting the top. Depending on what elements appeal to you about this table, you may be able to find something similar that meets your needs. Try googling some combination of table/scrollwork/glass top/iron/wrought iron/hammered.

I have round with large sofa and chaise. It works well. Round gives you more space to get in and out if sectional without knocking legs on table. As long as your sofa side is around 90-110” you should be fine. Cut out a brown paper sample the size of the table and see what you think. Elevate it on some boxes around 18”. If you have 3’ walking room from table to TV you should be fine.
