Help? Abandonded Water lines

1. There is a ice maker valve in my concrete crawl space turned off. ( I dont have an ice maker on my fridge). Its the kind that pierces the pipe to add the flex copper to the ice maker. Its being unused, and I assume its not leaking. The flex is not connected to the valve. Should that valve be removed? Or leave well enough alone and trust it wont leak in the crawl?

2. There was an addition added to this house at some time. The new portion, is on seperate concrete crawl space. There is a pipe that passes through main crawl to new crawl area which has a frost free hose bid connected to it. Im guessing for an outdoor spivet before the new addition put on. The pipe goes out a foot or two into the additions concrete crawl space (no drain in crawl). It appears to not be leaking, should I leave well enough alone or should that portion of copper pipe be capped?
