My island is painted F&B French Gray, which has green in it. The island is also glazed with a black based glaze. I have several rooms painted FG, and they tend to look more green than gray with the sun... but mileage may vary.

BM Camouflage is a nice green/gray - more toward green.

our living room is BM river gorge grey ... its a dark grey, but has a sage green to it too.

rufinorox - Do you have a picture of your living room? Red used River Gorge Grey in her kitchen and it looks so pretty, but I thought it was a little on the blue side. I'd love to see another picture of it.

A second vote for BM Camouflage, or Gray Mirage. Oh, also look at Titanium.

I have Cheyenne Green, one shade darker than Paris Rain, in my kitchen/family room. Love it. It is definitely more green than gray.

My first thought was BM Camoflauge too.

BM Cheyenne Green is suppossed to be one of the closest matches (w/o colormatching) to F&B's French Gray.

Try BM Sag Harbor Gray. I have it on my kitchen and love it!

msrose - sorry I couldn't find any pictures of the ones I saved right after our renovation, which has more daylight. So I just took these so you can see how River Gorge Grey looks in our LR.

I can tell you from experience it's NOT BM's Richmond Gray. I monkeyed around with paint and ended up there and it's very nice, but not gray at all; it's green. I was just too defeated to keep up the search.

I'm saving this thread for when my energy returns!

We put BM Coastal Fog in our kitchen and get lots of compliments. Very neutral, soothing, pretty....

really like the River Gorge Grey! I was out yesterday and picked up a sample pot of Camoflouge and Nantucket Grey, but forgot to get the posterboards today. Will see if I can get a sample of the river gorge when i go for posterboard.

petchie - I was so overwhelmed with color choices when a friend gave me her color palates to look over. She told me to stick with the colors I had in mind and to stay within the same chart. Once I found river gorge grey I knew it was going to compliment the furniture we had. I absolutely love it. We have it in a matte finish. I'm not sure if semi glass would bring out more of the green that you're looking for.

I was going to recommend Nantucket Gray, but see you have it!!

Thanks rufinorox, eggshell would be as high a sheen as I would go but I think it may work well. Will try all three along with Paris rain and pick only from those 4.

I have the BM and Aura Decks, and the more I look at them the more confused I get!

My kitchen, Breakfast room and Family room are BM Arctic Shadows. It is a beautiful gray green. Really very neutral - My room gets flooded with light so I went darker. It really reads like BM Fieldstone though which is lighter.

redbazel - I love the color in your space. The curtains make the color come out. I still have to hang curtains, i haven't found any I like.

petchie - Trust me you'll drive yourself crazy looking at those charts. just do it! That's what I ended up doing and I'm pleased with my color choice.

I'm currently in love with BM Pearl Gray-using it in DD's bathroom. I can find only one other pic of it on the net. We also have Titanium downstairs. I'm liking Pearl Gray so much I actually like it more than the EK Pumice that we put in our master bedroom. Biting my hands not to hang a sample on the wall down there (master) and see what it looks like. My DH would kill me. I think I have to live with the PUmice, which isn't horrible at all, but not as AMAZING as the Pearl Gray.

By amazing, I mean that when DD helped me paint it on, it had the weirdest effect for both of us--when we painted it on the white primer, it felt like we were painting a hole bigger and bigger -- it gives *space* and *light* rather than creating a solid surface, iykwim. I've done my share of samples (well, more than my share) and I've never had that experience before. It was positively dizzying. And it's mixed in Natura, so I can't blame it on the VOCs :) Get a sample of it and see what you think.

And firsthousemp, PLEASE share more photos! I love the tilework, and I'm slightly TTO (totally tile obsessed) :) so you can tell me as much as you want about lining up 3/4" tiles on the leading edge of the shower and how much fun you had. I'll love it all. Love your aesthetic in general - how does that vanity look with the paper off?!
