granite seam

Hi, all. First off I would like to thank you for all the valuable information in this forum.

We had our granite counter top (Ubatuba) installed yesterday; my contractor was at the house overseeing the job. Excited about the new counter top, we went over to the house this morning and saw two very noticeable seams on the counter top. They are rough and the epoxy doesn't seem to match very well.

It is our contractor who purchased the stone and hired the installers. My suspicion is that to increase his profit, the contractor went with cheaper (and perhaps less skilled) installers.

What should I do? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
