Shower Body sprayers

Is this proper or what should be done in this scenario...

A local plumber roughed-in 4 new body sprayers in my shower using 1/2" copper piping. To balance out pressure, he put the sprayers in a loop, however the first sprayer was installed directly off the supply line just prior to the loop. The water pressure is great at the first sprayer, but progressively gets worse around the loop. He claims it's a faulty valve, as in not bored all the way through, but I say maybe sprayers not installed properly in parallel. Does this make a difference?? I have a picture if this is unclear. Any suggestions are good ones! Thanks!
