It is definitely not made of tin - too expensive and soft. Very likely, if of metal, is is aluminum or plated and painted steel. It should be easy to tell the difference between metal and fiberglass. If of fiberglass, it might be a "lay-up" with mounting means molded in with the layup. If you thump the sign, fiberglass will repsond with a dull thud whereas a metal construction will sound much brighter with higher frequencies in the sound. At 7 ft, it was likely displayed on a pole outside a real, honest to goodnes, filling station. It shows the normal sun scalded fade of being outdoors for several years. It is in pretty good shape for an old outdoor sign.

I agree with runninginplace -- take some time. Honestly, I had a really difficult time understanding your post, it seems to be written very hastily. First off, have you tried speaking with the president of the property management company? They need to hear about your problems first hand before you go public with this. Even if you have complained before, give them one final complaint. Put it in writing. Maybe they'll fire Jim, problem solved. If you really need to proceed with the review: the point is to warn others away from using that management company, correct? To be honest, long ranty reviews make me question the reviewers integrity. Therefore, make sure your review is brief and use facts only -- no feelings. Write a sample review in a word document or email draft. Get it all off your chest, but don't publish it. Wait a day or two, come back and edit. Keep doing this for at least a week or so. I think you will find that you will keep editing it down more and more. After that, consider sending it to a friend who is good at writing to help give you some perspective.

I've been signed out because this site did not work well on the phone so I'm back finally now on the pc, anyways yes as far as the native pines, my property is a native pine lands of 76 pinus elliottii var densa, soil is a p.h. of 6.0-6.5. I have the native pines all planted, (pond, loblolly, sand, spruce.) except for shortleaf pine I have in a pot not yet planted out, and my longleaf died due to flooding. I also have a native bald cypress planted and a juniperus virginiana var silicona. I did try a Florida torreya growth was good and it was healthy, but it too succumbed to flooding, that out of season wetness killed a lot actually, the 2 already mentioned and a newly planted Calocedrus decurrens, and a newly planted Pinus canariensis and some other non coniferous plants. I had a pond cypress that was killed by a branch. The only native conifers I haven't got to try yet is Chamaecyparis thyoides var herryae and if I can find a Florida source I will, and also Florida yew which is hard to get. Yes most of these I originally have tried are exotic and mostly from a entirely different climate which is by design, I just like to torture these things and see what the absolute limits are. When I get a chance ill update on which ones are still growing, and others I'm trying.
