Im Bumpkins Son.....

I just wanted to drop in and thank all of you personally for the wonderful cards you all have sent my old man for his birthday!!

I was lucky enough to be with him today when he got a handful, and it lifted his spirits so much to see that stack of cards from all over! I believe that random acts of kindness get revisited, and I hope each of you get a blessing from doing this.

You all rock for sure!! Thanks again for everything!!

perrr..rect, Perky! A real "down-home" as said above! Luved the slideshow! Would like to see some bigger pics of a couple things, if possible...the shovel scene (painted?)...and another of the windchime...it's quite "shaded" somehow...what items are on your chime? Well son of a bump! It's wonderful that your dad is enjoying the cards. This was really fun to do and we are all happy to brighten up his day. He's had a rough go of it and it's time for big smiles!

I didn't send a card, Andy, but please offer your Dad best wishes on his birthday from this old guy in Canada.

He has had a rough time of it, as have you all, I'm sure.

Many have sent good thoughts and some prayers on his behalf in recent weeks.

We hope that he's feeling better soon, and able to get back to the things that he wants to do.

Andy ~ We can tell you have wonderful parents, so it's no surprise that you have the same kindness of spirit and sense of humor that they do. I hope your dad's birthday is one filled with love, laughter, and light....and a ton of cards (mine's on the way)!
