Dawn, I am a righty. I don't think it would matter with a rectanglesink, you could place them whereever you wanted. We had to place the faucet, control and side spray to the right since there was more room between the sink and the backsplash also tried to minimise that the sink was not centered exactly on the center of the window. So get a piece of plywood - trace your sink profile and cut holes for the faucet etc in it for placement and put it where your sink will be-and set the pieces in it to see if you like it- thats what we did. I love having one control lever instead of two knobs. Also I like not having to twist a faucet handle- now I have arthritis in both thumbs and this is way easier. Something we didn't count on just a year ago! Thanks for the compliment on the kitchen, I am very proud of DH, he did it all with the exception of installing the granite. we bought the cabs. We did our master bathroom with Rohl fixtures and faucets in Tuscan Brass about 10-years ago. It looked wonderful for the first year, then the finish started coming off the faucet handles, now they are a combination of bright/shiny & dark, while the rest of the faucet is mostly dark. It looks terrible. It is not just all the handles, but also the faucets have lost some of the nice dark look as well, where they have been wiped down. I will be the first to admit that we did not take care of them as instructed. No matter how many times I told the maids, the next time they would just wipe down with whatever they had. I think just wear and tear of using the handles under normal conditions wears down the finish anyway. I would not go with the Tuscan Brass living finish again. Each of the handles is nearly $100 to replace. If anyone has a suggestion for refinishing I would appreciate any advise. We used MUCH cheaper faucets in the guest room and they still look wonderful.

Hey All, Rohl distributor here. That is definitely the Tuscan Brass finish that does live/change over time. You can speed up the process when you buy a new one by touching it alot or wiping it down with soap and water often to quicken the pace. Rohl was purchased by Fortune Brands, which has changed some of their distribution over the last couple years, but the items are still made in Italy. In our market, about half of the issues are installer related because they are not the Delta quick connect installations. To acheive this look would be hard in any mainstream brand. Waterstone is fantastic! I have been their facilty in CA. They also have a Tuscan finish that changes, but again, it would still be different. In my experience there are certainly issues with higher brands, but they always take care of you. It's just not at an Amazon pace. Unlacqered Brass is going to be bright and shiny, and will also turn, but I don't think they would ever look the same (TCB that had changed and ULB that had changed). I would stick to TCB finish and maybe even purchase "Brass Ager" on Amazon and test on the underside of a flange or something. Or buy a soap dispenser to test it out on that wouldn't be costly to replace. Enjoy!
