Guys, forgive me for cross posting, I posted this in the Harvest forum and either it's slow or I stumped everyone.
I tried to make grapefruit marmalade, ended up with really good grapefruit syrup, and now I'm waiting for my marmalade repair kit to come in the mail.
In the mean time, this syrup that I do have might be something that would be good as a glaze for pork, fish, etc.
I had thought about adding ginger, hot pepper flakes, something to it.....but I really have no clue
Can anyone give me a hand with this? What to do?
I wanted to dress it up and give it as gifts for Christmas....a little late!
Thanks a million, Happy New Year!
