copper toilet flange, non-copper screws

So about a year ago I remodeled my bathroom. I ripped up 1/4" of plywood that was under the linoleum and replaced it with 1/2" Hardibacker, which I was able to fit under the existing copper flange without forcing it too hard despite being 1/4" thicker than the material I removed. However, between ripping up the plywood and putting down the hardi backer I lost the copper screws that had been used to screw down the flange. The Backer-On screws I was using to screw down the hardi backer fit perfectly into the screw holes on the copper flange and I didn't think anything about using them.

Now I'm worried about corrosion of the flange. The Backer-On screws have a green "corrosion resistant" finish. I don't expect that they're getting wet. How concerned should I be? I looked at the local big box places and I didn't see any copper screws that looked like the ones I lost. They were an inch or an inch and a half long I think and they had a tapered head that into tapered holes on the flange
