Jasdip! I made your rolls! :)

I FINALLY got a chance to make your bread rolls- they are so darned good! Just the right amount of sweetness with a great texture. I usually have French bread or cheese bread, but the kids LOVE yours the most (so they told me). Thanks again for such a great recipe! It'll definitely go into the "keepers" recipe binder. Now I've got to make Jae's wet burritos! :)

Blessings,

Haley

Here's the recipe in case anyone wants it. I didn't make any changes, just re-ordered it and added more info:

Jasdip's Plain Quick Buns

4 1/2 cups sifted flour (I didn't sift mine)

4 Tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 pkg RapidRise yeast

1/2 cup warm milk (120 degrees)

3/4 cup warm water (120 degrees)

3 Tbsp melted butter (no hotter than 120 degrees)

1 egg, well-beaten

Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast together. Add warmed milk and water to dry mixture and stir together. Add melted butter and egg and knead well. Shape into ball, place in covered bowl and let rise for 10 minutes. Shape into 12 balls and drop onto a greased 12 ct. muffin pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (30-60 minutes). Bake in 350 oven 10-20 minutes. If desired, brush butter over tops after removed from oven.
