Shopping for GSs Easter baskets

I went shopping today for our 1 year old and 4 year old grandsons' Easter baskets. Tried Target first and got a few things in the toy department and the dollar each bins. By the way, they have some Matchbox type little cars on clearance for 79 cents. But I was hoping to find some of those bird water whistles. I told my daughter about them from when I was a kid, and I think I found them for my own kids once, and she remembered. So she keeps looking for them, but there aren't that many places one can find those little toys around here these days. Rent's too high. Therefore, I came home and Googled them and found 6 for $6.25, including shipping. She will have some to put in the Easter baskets and next Christmas' stockings.

What do you remember as special Easter basket toys or candies? I remember jelly beans, the chocolate bunnies and eggs, sugar eggs with a scene inside them that you could see through a window, and marshmallow bunnies or chicks. We always got the sugar eggs with the scenes inside because they had been a favorite of our mother's when she was a girl.
