Swap package arrived (pic)

Received my swap package from Scissors today with lots of goodies. Have three of her local papers to sit down and enjoy what's going on in her locale.

A nice card, butterfly ceramic plate to put goodies on and a cute little ceramic bunny.

A puzzle book and yummy chocolate bar. She even included some chocolate candy for my GKs and they loved that. Needless to say their candy was no longer available for the picture. The cute little thing between the butterfly plate and candy bar is a ball point pen! Has a clip at the top that you can attach it to your belt and not loose it. Thanks so much Scissors, I enjoyed being your swap partner. Can't wait to do it again. lol

Oh my gosh - that was fast! I just sent it on Saturday. I'm glad you liked it. I wanted to put in more but I didn't want the butterfly to get broke and so I had to hold back. Thank you also for your package. I loved it! Unfortunately, I can't post pics because I don't have a digital camera. I know, I need to get with the times - lol.

Tracey, I'd love to send you some snow but we hardly have any ourselves. Our annual dog sled race, the Yukon Quest, left from Fairbanks (AK) enroute to Whitehorse (YK), but this year because of the small amount of snow we've had, they've had to turn back and finish the race at Dawson City (about 7 hours northwest of here). Hey Sue, How's the lip Balm? I've been meaning to stop back into the store I got it in, and pick up one for me. But it's the "birding store", and It's a dangerous place. LOL I picked up quite a few things while I was in there, and wanted to take home more! LOL

Yes, once the candle is gone I'll use the shell for a vase or I'll think of something else clever to use it for. Will probably use the skewers this weekend on the barbie. I'll definitely take pics... Linda P

oh diana, i'm so glad you got a camera. i certainly learned for next time to always take pictures. barnomom...more than three? the cruets are one piece, the pitcher and glasses a REAL set and the napkins are the third item. the mag certainly does not count as a swap item. funny that you mention "more than three" is to this swap box and not a comment to some of the others. i must be missing something. diana, enjoy it all. i absolutely loved each item i sent to you and certainly hope you will for quite some time to come. maryanne p.s. michelle, nice dog outfit. you are obsessed with those skeletons LOLOL
